International First Class, Canada (varies) - $10.00
International Priority Mail, Canada (6-10 days) - $20.00
International First Class, all other (varies) - $17.00
International Priority Mail, all other (6-10 days) - $30.00
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. I normally ship out twice a week. If your order needs to be rushed or to make it to you by any sort of deadline, please drop me an e-mail first and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Full price returns/refunds are available with unworn & non-customized clothing. If there is a manufacturing problem that occurs withing 90 days the item will be replaced. If you aren't 100% happy, please let me know and we'll work something out. This is a people based business and my goal is to bring a smile to your face as you strut your stuff in your custom Derby Or Die gear.
But also take into consideration that all items are done by hand, myself, so they may have some minor inconsistencies that come with a handmade product. I take all reasonable measures to make things perfect. But have yet to develop that superpower, so a t-square will have to do so far.
